President and Chief Executive Officer
Larry brings his expert home-care knowledge and experience to the company. Prior to Breathe, Larry was president and chief operating officer of Apria Healthcare, the largest home-care provider of respiratory and home medical equipment in the U.S. During his 25-year history with Apria, he held various management positions at the field operating level and at the executive corporate headquarters.
Paul J. Lytle, CPA*
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Paul has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including 18 years of CFO experience for a FDA regulated life sciences and manufacturing company traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market. Paul brings significant experience in overseeing all finance and accounting functions, including corporate financing, SEC reporting and IPO readiness, evaluation of M&A opportunities and ERP implementations. Paul also brings experience in overseeing information technology, human resources and investor relations. Paul is a hands-on team member focused on company vision and achieving results. Prior to joining Breathe, Paul was Chief Financial Officer of Avid Bioservices and previously with Deloitte.
Vice President, QA/RA
Combining a scientific education, and an entrepreneurial experience, Mark provides leadership in a risk-based approach to simplifying work and managing quality and compliance. Over the past 20 years he has co-founded two successful infusion device companies, and as their Management Representative hosted multiple FDA and ISO audits.
Mark holds a PhD in Applied Probability and Statistics, an MS in Stochastic Control, and an MS in Engineering Mathematics from the Paris VII University of Sciences in Paris, France. He applies his background to reduce costs, and improve quality and time to market.
Vice President, R&D
Tom brings over 30 years of medical Device R&D management experience to the company. He is responsible for designing multiple generations of Critical Care Ventilators. Prior to joining Breathe, Tom was the VP of R&D for CareFusion’s Ventilation division. Tom has a deep understanding of the clinical, technical and regulatory requirements for the worldwide respiratory market and is a proven innovator. He has successfully managed both large and small R&D teams, collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales.
