President and Chief Executive Officer
Larry brings his expert home-care knowledge and experience to the company. Prior to Breathe, Larry was president and chief operating officer of Apria Healthcare, the largest home-care provider of respiratory and home medical equipment in the U.S. During his 25-year history with Apria, he held various management positions at the field operating level and at the executive corporate headquarters.
Vice President, Manufacturing
Davor brings his expertise in strategic approaches to process optimization and commercialization scale up by applying lean manufacturing methodology. Prior to joining Breathe Technologies, Davor was Vice President of Operations at contract manufacturing companies for medical devices and aerospace components. With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience managing vast resources and driving manufacturing excellence, Davor is a successful transformational leader with a collaborative leadership style, highly focused on business performance, growth, and strategic planning.
Director, Quality Assurance
Sharon joined Breathe Technologies in early 2018, bringing significant medical device experience implementing agile quality systems to support growing business needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations, specifically related to design controls, validation and post-market surveillance and safety. Prior to Breathe, Sharon was Director of Quality Systems and Global Post-Market Surveillance and Safety at multiple medical device companies, including CR Bard and Bausch + Lomb, where she successfully managed US and International quality compliance organizations.
