This senior leadership position is responsible for ownership of the Company’s national sales function by building, managing and maintaining strong sales with our strategic homecare partners, providing clinical knowledge and support to field sales team and promoting brand awareness in various conferences, trade shows and clinical environments.


  • Execute national sales strategy, including forecasting and budgeting sales that drive corporate objectives and revenue growth expectations.

  • Recruit, train, and manage nationwide sales team.

  • Provide strong leadership and management of the national sales function, setting a unified direction for the team and ensure priorities are clear at all times.

  • Develop relationships with customers to understand and generate sales/clinical education support to exceed customer expectations.

  • Work with marketing team to maximize value and ROI of all lead generation, demand generation, content creation, digital media, and business development activities.

  • Be the national sales leader and “cheerleader” for our Life2000 system.

  • Maintain market, competitor and customer data and analysis.

  • Work collaboratively with corporate clinical and marketing staff to develop new education programs and collateral.

  • Provide on-going feedback on product performance, customer feedback, competitive activity, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing a nationwide sales team.

  • Excellent relationship development skills with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in the launching of products/services in the medical device industry and management of the corresponding sales promotional and communication content.

  • Experience selling to hospital, physicians and homecare.

  • Demonstrated experience in business planning, sales, strategy development, compensation plans and strong financial management and business acumen.

  • Proven track record managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.

  • 15+ years sales executive leadership in the respiratory services or medical device markets.

  • Prior clinical experience with ventilator patient care in hospital and homecare is highly desirable.

  • Communicating with confidence and credibility in the medical community.

  • A strong working knowledge of the US respiratory market will be extremely beneficial and highly desirable.

  • BS or advanced degree a plus.
